We have released a new version of GemBox.Spreadsheet with the following list of features, improvements, and fixes included:

Fixed issue with relative reference in conditional formatting and rule order in XLS reader.
Improved WPF rendering implementation.
Added support for multiple ‘frame’ sheets from ‘frameset’ in HTML reader.
Fixed issue with one cell references in XLS reader.
