GemBox.Ppc requires only .NET Framework and is much more powerful than Google AdWords and Microsoft adCenter APIs.

GemBox.Ppc Free is free of charge while GemBox.Ppc Professional is a commercial version (licensed per developer). Server deployment is royalty free.
